Moving into Block One

Loreen Collins is receiving her keys from Jeannine Campbell and is ready to move into her new unit here in Townsend Meadows. Welcome to your new home Loreen!

Townsend Meadows Monthly Occupancy Fees for 2011

The Monthly fees for 2011 are $195 per unit and cover the following:

- all exterior cleaning and maintenance such as snow removal and grass cutting.
- common area utilities (site lighting, sewers, etc.)
- management and administration costs.
- insurance on property and buildings.
- maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
- replacement reserve fund for future replacement of capital items such as furnaces, roofs, pavement, etc.

Construction is almost completed for Block 1

Units 1-3 in Block 1 are ready for the new owners, later this month. Spring has finally arrived and we are now looking forward to the next block to build, which is Block 5 on the west side of the project. One unit has already been spoken for so we are hoping that sales of the other 3 units in this block will happen, so we can proceed. Units 1-3 look almost ready from these photos!

Construction is Progressing and the Garage Doors are on!

The garage doors are on and the units are now closed in for the winter. The Contractor and the sub trades are working very hard to get these units completed so the new owners are able to move in this spring. They look great!

Busy Weekend in the Area

The units are now closed in with the windows just put in this week. So now the snow doesn't get in anymore! Grand Bend had their winter carnival weekend so there were lots of people around the area.

Construction is underway and the roof is on!

Even though we are in the middle of winter, the construction on Block 1, Units 1-3 is progressing along. The roof is on and if it ever stops snowing long enough, those shingles will be covering the plywood soon.
