Second Units are going up as well!


The roof is on the first unit and now the second unit walls are up waiting for the Roof trusses.

The Roofs are on!


The plywood is covering the trusses and the workers are getting ready to put on the shingles. It has finally dried out a little!

Leon wants it to dry out!


The construction crews are fighting the wet roads and the crane operator is getting ready to load one more roof truss.

Up goes the Roof...


You can see the roof and the gables over the garages.

Up goes the Trusses!


The big crane was brought in to put up the roof trusses. As you can see it is still wet on the job site.

Work Begins on the Buildings!


Construction has begun and the weather is not helping as it was so wet. You can see the garages and soon to be lane ways.

McCann brings in the Concrete


You can see how far these booms on the concrete trucks go!They pump the concrete to the 4 units from one location.

That's a BIG Boom!


You can see the boom of the concrete truck and the heating coils in this photo. The floors are ready to pour and the weather is co-operating.

That is the Floor!


The concrete has been poured and the workers are leveling out the floors in this unit. That is a lot of concrete covering the plastic heating coils.

Getting Ready for the Pour in the Garage


This Photo shows the garages waiting for the concrete. There is not insulation or heating in the garages, but you can see the heating in the house portion.

Infloor Heating at Townsend Meadows


The floors are being poured in one of the units here at Townsend Meadows. This photo taken before Christmas shows the insulation and the plastic tubing that will keep you warm and cozy in the winter.
