Grand Opening was Grand!

The Grand Opening at Townsend Meadows on Sat Sept. the 19th went great. The weather was perfect, the press was there and the dignitaries came. Lots of interest in the project and we are hoping there will be some new sales as well!

OPEN HOUSE Sept 19th and 20th from 1-3pm.

Just in time for the Forest Fair, the Grand Opening will be on Sat. Sept 19th at 2 o'clock with Open house from 1-3. There will be an open house on Sun. the 20th from 1-3 as well. We are hoping to see you there.

We are Starting Another Block of Units

Units 12 to 15 are now going up! This will be the 3rd block of 4 units, and with the better weather that we are now having these should be ready by November. There are 2 Thedford models that are availible, one an end unit in this block and we are hoping with the upcoming open house on Sept 19th and 20th, that these units will be sold as well.

The Brick Looks Great

The units really turned out well and the quality of the construction is seen everywhere you look from the brick to the walkways, the cabinets to the bathrooms CVH Quality Construction out of Forest, did a fantastic job.

Ann has Moved in!

Some owners have moved in and Ann Vanos was greated by her daughter and her grand daughter, who came all the way from Florida to help her move into her new unit. Three generations of girls got everything moved in, in short order!

The Kitchens Look Great!

What a great place to have to spend your time in....lots of counter space, oak cabinets, an island with more cupboards in it and new appliances. Plus you can still have a conversation with your guests.

Units are Finished!

Townsend Meadows is finally ready for the new owners to move into! Everyone is really excited that the units are completed and some of the new owners have started to move in. The streets are paved, the lawns are mowed and they look great!
