Construction is Progressing on Block 1
John Howard gave us an update on the construction, on Block 1,at our last meeting Nov24th.
The forms have been removed from the foundations and have been cleaned up.
The foundation walls have been back filled and the footing drains installed.
CVH & Postma are placing the buried services under the flooring and compacting.
Some of the concrete has been poured and the plumbers were on site with the sanitary drains and water services on units 1,2 and 3.
Progress is coming along quite rapidly as the contractors would like to get the units closed in before the snow starts to fly.
